Crab Cocktail with Mango and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 50 g Salad mayonnaise
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • A few dashes Tabasco (and Worcestershire sauce)
  • 150 g Deep sea crab meat
  • dill for garnish

Instructions

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh into pieces, removing the fibrous core. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel the halves, and cut the flesh into cubes. Mix mango and avocado with lemon juice.

    Whisk together salad mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, and orange juice. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, sugar, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Pat dry the crab meat. Fold the dressing into the mango-avocado mixture. Serve garnished with dill.
