- 300 g couscous (from the package)
- 1 tsp seasoned broth
- 100 g Arugula
- 300 g sheep cheese
- 200 g seedless white grapes
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- juice of one lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Cook couscous according to package instructions, adding the seasoned broth. Wash and rinse the arugula, remove tough stems, and tear into small pieces. Dice the sheep cheese into cubes. Wash the grapes and drop the seeds.

Make a vinaigrette from oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix couscous, arugula, and grapes together. Add the vinaigrette and stir well. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Divide the salad into lunchboxes.
