Ingredients

  • 325 ml classic vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 250 g couscous (preferably whole grain)
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Bring the broth (or an equal amount of lightly salted water) with the olive oil to a boil.

  2. 2.

    Add the couscous, stir and bring to a boil once more.

  3. 3.

    Remove the pot from the heat immediately. Cover the couscous and let it steam for 5 minutes.

  4. 4.

    Fluff the couscous with a fork and season with salt if desired.
