Cottage Pie with Turkey

Ingredients
- 300 g starchy cooking potatoes
- Salt
- 1 Carrot
- 2 onions
- 400 g ground turkey
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 150 ml poultry broth
- 250 g Peas (frozen)
- black pepper (ground)
- 75 ml hot milk
- nutmeg
- butter (for pan)
- 50 g cheddar cheese (grated)
Instructions

Peel, wash, and boil potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes.

Peel carrots and dice them small. Peel onions and finely dice them. Brown the ground turkey and onions in hot oil. Add carrots and continue cooking. Dust with flour and deglaze with broth. Stir in peas and season with salt and pepper.

Drain potatoes, let them dry, then mash them. Stir in hot milk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Butter the baking dish.

Preheat oven to 200°C (Oven/Convection). Fill the baking dish with the turkey mixture, spread mashed potatoes on top, and sprinkle cheese over it. Bake in the preheated oven (center) for about 30 minutes.
