Cottage Cheese Tartlets

The cottage cheese tartlets from Spoonsparrow are not only low carb, but also a great alternative to classic potato pancakes

Ingredients

  • 20 g chives (1 bunch)
  • 6 stems parsley
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 60 g whole wheat flour
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

    Wash chives, parsley and rosemary, shake dry and chop finely. Wash the cherry tomatoes and drain them. Cut them into small cubes.

    Combine flour, cottage cheese, herbs and tomatoes in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.

    Heat oil in a pan and bake the cottage cheese tartlets golden brown on both sides for about 10 minutes.
