Cornflakes Peanut Butter Cake

Quick dessert: Cornflakes peanut butter cake is perfect for gifting, bringing along, and snacking.

Ingredients

  • 340 g peanut butter
  • 400 ml light beet syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g coconut flakes
  • 375 g cornflakes
  • 500 g block chocolate

Instructions

    Stir the peanut butter with the syrup; chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it over a bain-marie.

    Crush the cornflakes and mix them with the vanilla sugar into the peanut butter mixture, add some of the melted chocolate, stir roughly, then spread onto parchment paper on a baking tray. Press firmly together, drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top, let dry, cut into pieces, and serve slightly chilled like a cake.
