Ingredients
- 340 g peanut butter
- 400 ml light beet syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g coconut flakes
- 375 g cornflakes
- 500 g block chocolate
Instructions

Stir the peanut butter with the syrup; chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it over a bain-marie.

Crush the cornflakes and mix them with the vanilla sugar into the peanut butter mixture, add some of the melted chocolate, stir roughly, then spread onto parchment paper on a baking tray. Press firmly together, drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top, let dry, cut into pieces, and serve slightly chilled like a cake.
