Ingredients

  • 2 chicory heads
  • 2 oranges
  • 0.5 bundle radishes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp nut oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash and trim the chicory, then arrange the leaves on plates.

    Peel the oranges thoroughly and cut out the segments. Capture the juice and squeeze any remaining flesh.

    Wash the radishes and slice them thinly.

  4. 4.

    Peel the carrot and shave it into thin ribbons.

  5. 5.

    Whisk together orange and lemon juice, parsley, walnuts, oil, and honey; season with salt.

    Add the radish slices and carrot ribbons to the salad and drizzle with the dressing before serving.
