Ingredients
- 200 g soft butter
- 50 g sugar
- 75 g honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g flour
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- zuckerstreusel

Beat butter, sugar, honey, cinnamon and a pinch of salt until creamy; fold in flour. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a medium round tip. Pipe small cookie shapes resembling little candy sticks onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Place the sheet in the refrigerator until the dough firms up. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10–12 minutes. Remove and let cool. For the icing, whisk powdered sugar with milk to a smooth consistency; brush the cookies with it and decorate with sprinkles.
