Colorful Tomato Salad with Mozzarella

Vibrant tomato salad with mozzarella: crunchy, fresh and healthy. This salad is perfect for a light dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 kg mixed tomatoes (green, yellow, red)
- 20 g basil (1 bunch)
- 125 g mozzarella
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash and trim the tomatoes; leave whole or halve or slice them depending on size.

Wash the basil, pat dry and tear off leaves. Distribute basil with the tomatoes onto 4 plates.

Tear mozzarella into pieces and add it over the tomatoes.

Whisk together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil; season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
