- 4 peaches
- 250 g shrimp (marinated in lake water)
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 400 g plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Sea salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Drain the shrimp well. Wash and halve the peaches, remove pits, and dice them. Rinse the lettuce leaves and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Combine peaches, shrimp, lettuce, and tomatoes in a bowl or divide among 2-4 bowls. Mix yogurt with lemon juice, mustard, parsley, and a pinch of sea salt; taste and adjust seasoning. Drizzle the yogurt sauce over the salad and serve the remaining sauce on the side.
