Ingredients
- 2 small romaine lettuce heads
- 0.5 red Batavia lettuce
- 1 small red onion
- 4 radishes
- 100 g yellow cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp herb vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- various edible flowers (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash and dry the two salad varieties. Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Wash, trim, and slice or shave the radishes thinly. Wash and halve the tomatoes.

Arrange the lettuce leaves on four large plates. Distribute the onion rings, radish slices, and tomatoes over them.

Whisk together oil, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt to make a dressing; drizzle over the salads. Garnish with flowers and serve.

Offer sheep cheese and olives as desired.
