Ingredients
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 can corn
- 4 Basil stems
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Wash the cherry tomatoes, pat dry and halve them.

Wash the radishes, trim and quarter them. Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds and membranes, then dice it. Drain the corn and mix with tomatoes, radishes and diced pepper.

Wash basil, pat dry and finely slice into strips. Mix lettuce with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Arrange on lettuce leaves and garnish with basil before serving.
