Ingredients

  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 400 g red cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks Parsley
  • 100 g sour cream (10% fat)
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt (20 g each)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp raw cane sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

    Clean and wash both types of cabbage. Peel the carrots. Shred the cabbage and carrots into long, fine strips. Wash the parsley, dry it, remove the leaves and chop them.

    Arrange the vegetables alternately and colorfully on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.

    For the dressing whisk sour cream with yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and salt to taste. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
