Ingredients

  • 2 white chicory
  • 2 red chicory
  • 1 lemon (untreated)
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp elderberry syrup
  • a pinch freshly ground pepper

Instructions

    Clean the chicory, cut it lengthwise and remove the bitter core so that the leaves separate.

    Wash the lemon, dry rub it, then grate the zest. Squeeze out the juice. Mix mascarpone with yogurt. Season with a bit of lemon juice, elderberry syrup, and pepper.
