Ingredients
- 200 g cucumber (salad cucumber)
- 2 Kiwis
- 1 tbsp dill (fresh chopped)
- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt

Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumber into pieces. Slice two kiwi halves and set aside for garnish. Peel the remaining kiwis, dice them small and blend with the cucumber pieces, dill, lemon juice and orange juice; season with honey and salt and pulse briefly until smooth.

Pour into two tall glasses. Stick the kiwi slices on the rim and garnish with dill.
