Cold Pea Soup with Beans

Ingredients
- 1 kg thick beans
- 500 g young peas
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 ml milk
- Salt
- ground pepper

Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then cool and peel. Blanch the peas and peeled garlic cloves in boiling water for about 4 minutes and cool.

Blend the beans with garlic and milk, slowly adding the oils while continuing to blend until the soup is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve in small bowls topped with peas.
