- 400 g early potatoes
- Salt
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 bunch dill
- 100 ml sour cream
- Vinegar

Peel the potatoes, halve the larger ones, and cook them in 1.2 l salted water until tender.

Cut the dill finely.

Make a light roux with butter and flour, add half of the dill to thicken the soup.
