Cold Melon Soup

- 1 small cantaloupe melon
- 1 cucumber
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp chili powder

Peel and core the melon, then chop it into pieces. Peel the cucumber, set aside two strips of peel. Halve the cucumber lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, dice it. Wash the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, remove seeds and white membrane, dice it. Wash the bell peppers, clean them, halve, remove seeds, strip off white skin, cut into pieces. Peel the garlic, crush it; peel one onion, chop it. Combine all ingredients with curry powder in a blender and blend until smooth. Add cucumber peel and chili pepper, pulse briefly so small chunks remain visible, then refrigerate for several hours. Serve in large bowl glasses, sprinkle with chili flakes, garnish with a grissini and a slice of baguette salami.
