Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried green tea
  • 2 cm freshly grated ginger
  • 1 untreated lime
  • brown sugar

Instructions

    Bring 1 liter of water to a boil and let it cool for 5 minutes. Brew the tea with the water and steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve, add the ginger, steep another 3-5 minutes, strain again and set aside to chill.

    Wash the lime and slice into very thin rounds. Stir the chilled tea with sugar to taste and serve with a few lime slices and ice cubes.
