Ingredients

  • 100 g sausages (sliced as desired; e.g., cooked ham, salami, boiled sausage, cold cuts)
  • 100 g ham (sliced as desired; e.g., cooked ham, salami, boiled sausage, cold cuts)
  • 4 hard‑boiled eggs
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 100 g red bell pepper halves
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • cress
  • untreated orange slice (for garnish)
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Roll the ham and arrange on a platter; place salami beside it. Slice the boiled sausage into rounds. Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise into quarters. Halve the pickled cucumbers. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds, and slice into strips. Roll one cooked ham slice with a halved cucumber, pepper strip, egg quarter, and a dollop of crème fraîche; garnish with cress if desired and arrange on the platter.

    Arrange remaining eggs over the sausage and garnish with orange slices and parsley as preferred.

    Cover with cling film until serving time and keep chilled.
