- 2 cucumbers
- 2 sprigs fresh dill
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 500 g soy yogurt
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- 1 ripe Avocado

Peel the cucumbers, trim the ends, and dice them into small cubes. Wash the dill, shake off excess water, pluck the tips, and finely chop.

Place the cucumber cubes with lemon juice, dill, yogurt, and about 500 ml water in a tall pot and blend until smooth. Add more water if desired for consistency, season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and dice it into small cubes. Spoon the soup into bowls, top with avocado cubes, and garnish with dill if desired before serving.
