Ingredients
- 2 salad cucumbers
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 1 handful ice cubes
- 100 ml milk
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- horseradish (jar)
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Peel the cucumbers, cut them lengthwise in half, deseed and dice. Pick off the mint leaves and set aside a few for garnish. Blend the remaining cucumber, crème fraîche and ice cubes until smooth. While blending, gradually add milk (or water) to reach the desired creamy consistency. Season with salt, lemon juice, horseradish and pepper.

Serve in small glasses garnished with the leftover mint.
