Ingredients
- 600 g fresh beans
- 2 EL bean seasoning
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Bring water with bean seasoning to a boil in a large pot for blanching.

Prepare cold water with ice cubes in a large bowl and set up a salad strainer.

Wash the beans, remove any strings if necessary, trim ends lightly, halve larger beans.

Cook the beans in 2-3 batches in boiling water for about 10 minutes each. They should be cooked but still firm. Remove them with a slotted spoon and immediately plunge into ice water to cool quickly. Let the vegetables chill in the ice bath. When the beans are cold, drain them in a salad strainer. Repeat with the second and third batches.
