Ingredients
- 2 buns
- 150 g cooked beef (e.g., leftovers from the previous day such as boiled beef)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- arugula leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 large red onion (several rings)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- olive oil
Instructions

Wash the tomato and slice it into rounds.

Cut the beef into small pieces. Wash the arugula and pat dry.

Split the buns, place the lower halves on top of tomato slices and season with salt and pepper.

Place the beef on the tomatoes. Add onion rings on top, season again with salt and pepper, and drizzle each with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Finally add arugula, spoon 1 tbsp mayonnaise over it, and place the upper bun halves on top.
