- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 100 ml white grape juice
- 250 g seedless blue grapes
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 400 g mixed minced meat
- 4 buns (optional sesame)
- 1 tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., Lollo bionda)
Instructions
-
1.
Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash, halve, deseed, and finely chop the chili pepper; sauté with the onion in a hot pot with 1 tbsp oil until lightly golden brown. Deglaze with grape juice. Wash and halve the grapes; add to the pot and simmer for about 25 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Season with honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper; remove from heat and let cool.

2.
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and shape into four patties. In a hot pan with the remaining oil, brown each patty for about 6 minutes on each side. Horizontally halve the buns and lightly toast the cut sides.

3.
Wash the tomato, trim the stem end, and slice thinly. Wash, dry, and shake off excess water from the lettuce leaves.

4.
Layer the lettuce on the bottom bun halves, arrange tomato slices on top, place the patties, then cover with the top bun halves. Serve with the relish.
