Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 80 ml strong coffee
- 1 heaping tbsp instant coffee powder
- 3 tbsp rum
- 2 sheets white gelatin
- 300 g whipping cream
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
- lingonberries
- powdered sugar
Instructions

Soak gelatin in cold water. Whisk egg yolks with half the sugar until creamy. Bring coffee, coffee powder and remaining sugar to a boil. Stir into the yolk mixture and whip until frothy. Warm rum in a small pot, dissolve squeezed gelatin sheets in it, then stir thoroughly into the cream and continue whipping until cooled. Beat cream stiff, fold into the mixture, pour into 6 coffee cups or molds, and freeze for several hours.
