Ingredients
- 200 ml hot strong espresso
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 20 ml amaretto
- 6 chocolate beans
- cocoa powder
Instructions

Soak gelatin in cold water.

Stir espresso with powdered sugar, take out 150 ml, mix with amaretto, set aside the rest.

Squeeze two sheets of gelatin and dissolve them in the flavored espresso, pour into tall glasses and chill until set.

Whisk remaining espresso with milk, warm it, dissolve remaining gelatin while stirring, set aside; once the espresso has solidified, top with the espresso-milk mixture and chill again. Garnish with chocolate beans and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
