Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- white pepper
- a splash lemon juice

Blanch the broccoli florets and drain well.

Season the cod fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill in a grill pan with 2 tbsp olive oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let it become translucent.

While the fish rests, toss the broccoli briefly in 1 tbsp hot olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and plate alongside the fish on preheated plates. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
