Ingredients
- 600 g cod fillet
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Lemon (juice)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 600 g asparagus
- 100 g green beans
- chives (for garnish)

Rinse the cod, pat dry, cut into portions, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and curry.

Wash the asparagus, trim ends, boil in salted water for 10 minutes; add the green beans 3 minutes before the end of cooking and continue boiling. Drain asparagus and beans and let them drain.

Meanwhile heat butter in a pan and sear each side of the fish pieces for about 2-3 minutes until golden.

Serve the curry cod with asparagus, green beans, and chives on a plate.
