Ingredients
- 3 red bell peppers
- 3 yellow bell peppers
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 4 shallots
- 1 handful basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 ml Chicken broth
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 4 cod fillets (skinless, about 150 g each)
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- garlic cloves (for garnish)
- fresh basil (for garnish)

Wash and trim the bell peppers; slice into strips. Peel and mince the garlic; peel and dice the shallots. Wash the basil, shake dry, cut leaves of one sprig into fine strips, and tear remaining basil leaves.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté half the minced garlic and the shallots until translucent. Add the bell pepper strips and sauté further. Deglaze with chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, then add the torn basil. Season with salt and pepper.
