Coconut Raspberry Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 150 g Fine rolled oats
  • 80 g Cashews
  • 120 g Frozen raspberries
  • 5 tbsp Shredded coconut

Instructions

    Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Grind the rolled oats and cashews finely in a food processor.

    Add raspberries and coconut oil, and mix well. Sweeten as needed.

  3. 3.

    Shape walnut-sized balls from the mixture and roll them in shredded coconut.

  4. 4.

    Enjoy the coconut-raspberry balls immediately or chill.
