Coconut Ice

Ingredients
- 75 g fresh coconut
- 0.125 l milk
- 0.125 l whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 50 g dark chocolate
- coconut flakes
- mint
Instructions

1. Finely chop the coconut in a blender.

2. Bring the milk to a boil, pour over the coconut shreds, stir in sugar and let it soak and cool for about 1 hour.

3. Whip the cream very stiffly and fold into the mixture.

4. Pour into a small metal bowl and freeze for at least 3 hours.

5. Meanwhile heat the cream, melt the chocolate in it and allow to cool.

6. Scoop the finished ice from the bowl, cut into slices and serve on plates with sauce, garnished with mint and coconut flakes.
