Ingredients
- 2 sheets gelatin
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g white chocolate
- 150 g mascarpone
- 150 ml whipping cream
- chopped white chocolate (for garnish)
Instructions

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Bring the coconut milk with sugar and vanilla sugar to a boil. Chop the chocolate and stir it into the hot milk. Dissolve the squeezed gelatin in the mixture, then whisk until cool. Fold in the mascarpone, followed by the stiffly whipped cream.

Fill the desired amount of coconut halves with the cream and chill for at least 3 hours.

Serve sprinkled with grated chocolate.
