Ingredients
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste (15 g)
- a few drops Tabasco
- 0.5 organic lemon (zest and juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 radicchio
- 2 Avocados
- 12 pre-cooked shrimp (peeled)
- 0.5 bunch chives (10 g)
- 5 g cilantro (1 handful)
Instructions

For the cocktail dressing, whisk yogurt with tomato paste, Tabasco, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.

Clean, rinse, dry, and tear radicchio into bite-sized pieces if desired. Halve avocados, remove pits, loosen flesh from shells, cut into wedges, and arrange on a large platter with shrimp and radicchio.

Wash herbs, pat dry, and chop. Sprinkle salad with chives, cilantro, and lemon zest, then serve with the dressing.
