Tomato-Mozzarella from Spoonsparrow is a popular Italian classic that always impresses!

Ingredients

  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Clean and wash the tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into equal thicknesses. Then wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

    Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with basil leaves.
