Ingredients
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 1 piece fresh ginger (about 2 cm long)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red fresh chili pepper
- 120 ml broth
- 3 Tbsp apricot jam
- 5 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp starch
- Salt

Clean, wash and halve the bell pepper.

Peel the ginger and garlic. Wash and deseed the chili pepper. Place the pepper, ginger, garlic, and chili in a mortar and crush them. Transfer to a pot. Add broth, vinegar, and jam; bring to a boil. Mix starch with 3 tbsp water. Add to the sauce and simmer until thickened. Season with salt.
