Classic Curry Sausage

Classic curry sausage from Spoonsparrow tastes great every time.
Ingredients
- 1 kg large, firm potatoes
- 1.5 l frying oil
- Salt
- 4 curry sausages
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g ketchup
- curry powder
Instructions

Fry the sausages in hot oil, turning occasionally, for 6-8 minutes until slowly golden brown all around.

Prepare the fryer and heat to about 170°C or heat the fat in a sufficiently large pot (the fat is hot enough when bubbles rise on a wooden spoon handle dipped into it).

Peel the potatoes, cut them into sticks, and dry well.

Add potato sticks portion by portion to the fat and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain, season with salt, and serve immediately with sliced sausage. Drizzle ketchup over and sprinkle with curry powder before serving.
