Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 200 g sugar
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 50 ml orange juice
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 80 ml cinnamon tequila (replace 4 cl with 4 cl Tequila Gold if desired)
- 4 sticks cinnamon bark (for garnish)
Instructions

Boil the water with the sugar, add lemon and orange juices, set aside to cool. Stir in cinnamon, pour the liquid into a shallow dish, and freeze for 3-4 hours.

Remove the ice from the freezer, break it into pieces, crush finely in a blender or run through a crushed ice maker. Fill four glasses, pour over cinnamon tequila (or a mix with Tequila Gold). Serve garnished with cinnamon bark.
