Ciabatta with Shrimp Salad Filling

Ingredients
- 250 g shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 0.5 TL salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 EL butter
- 2 EL dry vermouth
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 1 EL Worcestershire sauce
- 3 EL crème fraîche
- green salad
- 2 small ciabatta rolls
Instructions

Mix the shrimp in a bowl with salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper.

Wash, trim, quarter lengthwise, remove seeds from zucchini, cut skins into thin strips, then halve crosswise. Blanch zucchini strips in boiling salted water 2-3 min, drain and shock in ice water immediately.

Heat butter in a pan, quickly sauté shrimp 1-2 min, add vermouth, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and crème fraîche. Simmer all at medium heat for 3-4 min, season to taste.

Meanwhile wash and pat dry the salad. Toast ciabatta rolls briefly in a hot oven, then cut crosswise and hollow out each piece. Fill with salad, zucchini strips and shrimp.
