Fried Oyster Mushrooms with Garlic

Ingredients

  • 400 g oyster mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 untreated lemon (zest and juice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and trim any tough stems. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Rinse the rosemary, shake dry and pluck the needles. Add the garlic and rosemary to hot oil in a large pan and toss in the mushrooms.

    Sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. Occasionally drizzle with the flavored oil. Remove from heat, sprinkle with lemon zest and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
