Ciabatta with Mayonnaise Salad and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta (ital. white bread)
- 150 g Roquefort
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tomatoes
- balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- chives rings
Instructions

Slice the cheese into thin slices.

Bake the bread in the oven.

Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds and cut into wedges, season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit and loosen the flesh from the skins. Cut the flesh into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Cut the bread into 4 thick slices, then cut each slice crosswise.

Spread 1½–2 tbsp mayonnaise on the lower slices, sprinkle with some chives, and arrange tomatoes and avocado on top. Place the cheese slices over them, then place the upper ciabatta slices. Serve immediately.
