Christmas Tree Cookies

Ingredients

• 300 g flour
• 100 g sugar
• 2 tsp gingerbread spice
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1 egg
• 200 g cold butter
• 100 g powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• zuckerpüree pearls
• powdered sugar (for dusting)

   Knead flour, sugar, gingerbread spice, baking powder, egg and butter into a dough, wrap in foil and rest for 2 hours. Dust work surface with flour, roll dough to 1 cm thickness and cut out many Christmas trees. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and bake the trees until crisp in 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
