Ingredients

  • 1 l Korn
  • 1 untreated organic orange
  • Zest of an untreated lemon
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • 3 Juniper berries
  • 5 cloves
  • 10 coffee beans
  • 4 Sage leaves
  • 300 g sugar
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

    Prick the orange several times with a fork. Add all ingredients except the sugar to a mason jar, fill with Korn, and let steep in a cool place for about 5 weeks.

    After the resting period filter the liqueur through a cotton cloth.

    Reduce sugar and water into a syrup. Mix the liqueur with the syrup and bottle it. Let the sealed liqueur rest another 3 weeks, then filter again through a coffee filter and transfer to a clean bottle.
