Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 80 g red onions
  • 250 g fresh rockfish fillet (skinless, boneless)
  • Salt
  • white pepper (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 200 g beetroot

Instructions

    Wash the parsley, pull leaves from stems and finely chop. Wash the chili pepper, slice into thin rings, remove seeds and white membranes. Peel the onion and dice very finely.

    Rinse the fish fillet, pat dry and finely chop or mince with a meat grinder. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then fold in parsley and onion cubes.
