Ingredients
- 2 untreated limes
- 40 ml vodka
- 400 ml elderberry or elderflower broth
- 3 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 1 untreated lime slice (for serving)

Wash the limes hot, pat dry, and zest the peel. Juice the fruits. Combine both with vodka, broth, and syrup in a shallow metal bowl. Place in the freezer for at least 5 hours, stirring occasionally with a fork.

Before serving, stir vigorously again and serve in glasses filled with very thin lime slices.
