Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 150 g ground hazelnuts
  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 40 half hazelnut halves for decoration
  • 250 g chocolate glaze

Instructions

    Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, gradually add sugar and beat again. Fold in nuts and drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 150°C fan-forced for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Remove, take off the tray, and cool.

    Brush with melted chocolate and top with hazelnut halves. Let the chocolate set.
