Ingredients
- 2 beautiful ripe kakis
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 2 EL almond flakes
Instructions

Wash the kakis, halve them and place in a fireproof dish.

Beat the egg whites until stiff; gradually add sugar while beating to a very stiff, glossy meringue. Pipe a large dollop onto each fruit half and sprinkle with almond flakes.

Bake at 200°C for about 5-10 minutes, then serve on plates.
