Chocolate mousse without egg from Spoonsparrow: the fine espresso note beautifully rounds off the dessert!

Ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 3 tbsp Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp espresso
  • 200 g whipping cream

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Chop the chocolate and set aside a few shavings for garnish; melt the rest with milk and espresso over a hot water bath. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

    Whip the cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the chocolate mixture. Spoon into glasses and cover, refrigerating for at least 3 hours.

    Before serving, sprinkle the mousse with chocolate shavings.
