Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g nut nougat
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 4 mini meringues
- 1 EL silver sugar pearls

Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt over a hot water bath together with the nougat, stirring occasionally. Separate the eggs.

Whisk the melted chocolate into the yolks in a bowl.

Beat the cream, add powdered sugar, and fold gently into the chocolate mixture.

Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then fold carefully into the chocolate batter.

Divide into cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Just before serving, garnish with meringue drops and silver sugar pearls.
