Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g dark chocolate (70%)
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • soft butter (for greasing)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 220°C.

    Melt the butter.

    Chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler. Stir in the melted butter well.

    Beat the eggs with sugar until light and frothy, then fold in the flour mixed with baking powder and finally add the chocolate mixture.

    Grease the pan with butter, fill about two-thirds with batter, bake for about 5 minutes at 220°C. Reduce temperature to 200°C and bake another 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, wait briefly, then release from the pan and cool.
